NIPH Laboratory is issuing Covid-19 health certificates for travelers wishing to travel abroad. People leaving the country may come with a valid passport and flight ticket to NIPH laboratory to get a test and certification.

Depending on the traveling destination, travelers may be required to show a health certificate of Covid-19 Negative in order to be able to transit or land at their destination. This health certificate has a validity period of 72 hours after the issued date.

NIPH Laboratory is issuing Covid-19 health certificates for travelers wishing to travel abroad. People leaving the country may come with a valid passport and their flight ticket to NIPH laboratory to receive a COVID-19 test and certificate.

Opening hours are everyday from 7.30am to 12pm and 1.30pm to 5.30pm

(Please walk-in and grab a waiting number. We reserve the right to stop distributing waiting numbers and cut-off the queue depending on the current crowd and testing situation)

If tested from 7.30am to 12pm noon, the results and certificate will be available for pick-up the next day from 10am to 11am.

If tested from 1.30pm to 5.30pm, results and certification will be available for pick-up the next day from 4pm to 5pm.

To facilitate the process before coming for the "Health certificate for COVID-19" test at the National Institute of Public Health, customers can now pre-register online and PRINT the details to show to the staff of the institute.

បើធ្វើតេស្ត៍ពីម៉ោង ៧.៣០-១២ថ្ងៃត្រង់ លទ្ធផលនិងវិញ្ញាបនប័ត្រ នឹងទទួលបាននៅថ្ងៃបន្ទាប់ម៉ោង ១០-១១ ព្រឹក។

បើធ្វើតេស្ត៍ពីម៉ោង ១:៣០ ល្ងាច-៥.៣០ ល្ងាច លទ្ធផលនិងវិញ្ញាបនប័ត្រ នឹងទទួលបាននៅថ្ងៃបន្ទាប់ម៉ោង ៣-៤ រសៀល។

ឯកសារភ្ជាប់ទៅជាមួយខ្លួន គឺ លិខិតឆ្លងដែន (passport)ដែលមានសុពលភាពនិងសំបុត្រយន្តហោះ។

ដើម្បីជួយសម្រួលដល់ដំណើរការមុនពេលមកធ្វើតេស្ត “Health certificate for COVID-19” នៅវិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិសុខភាពសាធារណៈ ឥឡូវនេះ អតិថិជនអាចចុះឈ្មោះជាមុនតាមប្រព័ន្ធអនឡាញ ហើយ PRINT ព័ត៌មានលម្អិត ដើម្បីបង្ហាញដល់បុគ្គលិកវិទ្យាស្ថានជាការស្រេច។
