Associate Prof. Koeut Pichenda M.D., MPH, PhD.
Associate Prof. Koeut Pichenda is currently a Director of Payment Certified Agency (PCA), Cambodia and has been a lecturer in the School of Public Health, National Institute of Public Health since 2010. She was previously the Deputy Director at Preventive Medicine Department, MoH. She graduated with a Medical Doctor in 1997 from the University of Health Sciences, Cambodia. In 2004, she got her Master of Public Health Degree from Mahidol University Thailand. In 2010, she got her Ph.D. Degree from Tokyo Medical Dental University, Japan. She has had a lot of experience in combating TB disease (management, policy and strategy development, planning, and training and TB clinical and behavioral research), health promotion, mainly on food safety, health education and training and tobacco and health, and out-patients consultation. She is now lecturing the courses of Introduction to Public Health, and Epidemiology of Non-Communication Diseases.
