Associate Prof. Seng Sopheap, MD, MPH.
Associate Prof. Seng Sopheap is currently the Vice Rector of the University of Health Sciences and a lecturer at the School of Public Health, National Institute of Public Health (NIPH). He has been a lecturer in the school since 2011. He graduated as M.D. in 1993 from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Health Sciences, Phnom Penh Cambodia. In 2000, he obtained his Master of Science (MSc.) Degree in Disease Control (Option: Reproductive Health) from Prince Leopold Institute of Tropical Medicine, Antwerp, Belgium. He worked served WHO as Public Health Specialist and Medical Officer, HIV/AIDS and STI at the WHO South Pacific Office from 2014 to 2009. He co-teaches Reproductive Health and Public Health Management courses. He is currently the Coordinator of the Reproductive Health Courses at NIPH.
