Associate. Prof. Sin Sovann, M.D., MPHM.

Associate Prof. Sin Sovann is currently a Deputy Director at National Center for Health Promotion (NCHP) and has been a lecturer at SPH, National Institute of Public Health since 2007. He graduated from the University of Health Sciences, Cambodia, Medical Doctor in 1991. In 1999, he obtained his Master Degree in Primary Health Care Management (MPHM) from Mahidol University, Thailand.

He had five-year clinical experiences in Neak Loeung hospital, Prey Veng province (1992-1996). Since 1996, he has been a public health expert in health behavior changes communications, social marketing, advocacy, community participation, management, health strategic development, policy and legislation formulations, training curriculum development, monitoring, research and evaluation in Primary Health Care and Health Promotion activities of Cambodia. He is lecturing the courses on Introduction to Public Health, Health Promotion, and Behavioral Sciences.
